The advanced LWIR-640 thermal imager is able to monitor temperature measurements in a extended range of applications. We pride ourselves on being able to provide advanced industry leading solutions for a variety of specific customer uses. See some of the new applications that the LWIR-640 thermal imager is suitable for.
Ladle Monitoring in Steel Plants
The advanced LWIR-640 thermal imager monitors the external shell temperature of passing ladles as they move through the inspection field of view, transferring steel to the next production stage. Each measurement station can comprise from one to typically five cameras, mounted in industrial protection enclosures, to give full coverage of the exterior of a ladle, the bottom and outlet, depending on customer needs.
